Paul understands the pressures with selling/buying a home. He will work with seller agents and clients to address any concerns/repairs to prep the home for staging and listing. He also understands the time constraints during due-diligence, the negotiations with inspection reports and insurance company demands. Story Home Repair will complete punch lists, repairs, upgrades and safety concerns in order to finalize the transaction. After a sale, Paul is also available for any client requests as they settle into their new home.
